End of Term Two!!

Yay! Its school holiday time again!! Well, for us NZers, as our holidays have been shifted to be later than everyone elses because of the Rugby World Cup 2011. 

The events of June 13th in Christchurch - with Lisa

On Monday the 13th of June, there were two major aftershocks.

One was a 5.7, and one was a 6.3. On the 22nd February this year we also had a 6.3.

The one we had in Feb caused a major amount of  damage to prety much, everywhere.

These other major aftershocks caused more damage, especially to the cathedral.

It was so scary, this is why Lillie is so lucky to to be living in Melbourne!

Cross Country- With Lillie

Today I ran Cross Country (Like I do every Saturday morning) and I came 10th out of 33 children and my team got a "Team Medal" for third place which was quite cool.
The course was quite hard today and there was lots of hills. In my age group we have to run 2 kilometres. I completed the course and I was quite happy with my time I did it in.
